Control Turn it on/off safely

Enable reconciles against Schwab first and refuses on mismatch or an active kill. Disable cancels the bot's staged BUY orders only — working SELL orders (rung, stop, breakeven) stay live at Schwab, so protection never lapses. Kill cancels every bot order (buys and sells) and blocks transmitting until reset; it does not market-sell held positions. Your own manual orders are never touched.
